As one of the largest contact centres based in Manchester City Centre, JD Williams knows only too well that the market place for sales advisers is saturated. With the business expanding, it became clear that a highly distinctive approach would be needed in order to attract the quality candidates that competitors were also vying for.
SMRS created a unique advertising campaign that tapped into the company ethos and played on the fact that they are affectionately known as “JDs” to their employees, competitors and customers. Quirky concepts including ‘Jumping Donkeys’, ‘Juggling Dogs’ and ‘Jiving Ducks’ helped to raise the profile of the business and promote curiosity about the message.
A carefully planned campaign that stretched across many executions quickly became recognisable in the market place, with advertorials and profiling features in the press adding momentum to the advertising. Candidates loved them, employees loved them: what more could you want?
