Junior Front-end Web Developer — Manchester
Temporary 3 month contract

If you’re a fledgling front-end developer, this is a great opportunity to take your first professional steps in the wonderfully wide world of the web.

So, just what is it that makes this opportunity such a great one? Well, for a start, you’ll have the chance to apply your experience of using HTML and CSS to a range of creative, eye-catching but, above all, functional sites. For clients such as Sky, HBOS, M&S Money and Next.

Then there’s the industry knowledge and insight you’ll gain from our talented and experienced (and very friendly) team of in-house designers and developers. Stuff that’ll look really on your CV – covering design, layout, navigation, production and maintenance.

What we’re looking for is someone whose Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator skills go hand-in-hand with a real appreciation design and, ideally an understanding of web accessibility and standards compliance.

If you know a thing or two about Flash, ActionScript, PHP and JavaScript, so much the better. But, as we’ve said, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn all about them if you don’t. As well as the back-end bits of development.
