We were talking, one day, about what makes SMRS different. We knew that we did things in a different way to our competitors. And we knew what many of those differences were. But we also realised that each of us had a different way of explaining those differences.

So, we decided to write down exactly how we do things differently.

The results of this process were Fusion, our client induction programme, Discovery, our client solutions programme, Strong Bonds, our client care programme, and Validate, our performance measurement programme. There was also Phosphorus, not a programme at all, more a way of looking at the creative process.

Forgive us for being a bit prescriptive and wordy about these aspects of our business, but we think they are important.
